Sue Z's Bridal LLC currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sue Z's Bridal LLC. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note that all returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges at this time. Store credit will be issued for the original purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding shipping fees.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a store credit.

Final Sale Items

Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, are not eligible for return. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
